What we stand for

Our company is committed to making a positive environmental impact, showing our passion for the planet by taking manufacturing waste and giving it new life. By repurposing this material we can reduce reliance on natural resources while creating something of lasting value.

Shopping with us is an opportunity to make a lasting impact! Every sale helps our re-forestation initiatives – one tree at a time. We plant each seedling in the spring after last frost, ensuring your purchase leaves behind more than just memories.

Our aim is to foster the next generation of craftspeople by hosting workshops that share our knowledge and passion for woodworking technology!

Watchful Woodworks proudly calls Winnipeg, Manitoba, home within Treaty 1 territory. Our cultural roots run deep here in the ancestral lands of the Anishinaabeg, Anishininewuk, Dakota Oyate, Densuline and Nehethowuk Nations. We also take great pride in being based in traditional homeland of the Métis Nation of Canada. Although Watchful Woodworks is not located on treaty land, your support opens doors in making our dream a reality: to open up a cultural woodworking shop that bridges First Nation cultural traditions with contemporary design elements. Now more than ever it’s imperative to lend our cultural and monetary support to creating this much-needed bridge between past and present on treaty land.
